Before and After School Fees 

Before School Care (BSC) - Permanent
$10 per session (less CCB/CCR)
Before School Care (BSC) – Casual
$12 per session (less CCB/CCR)
After School Care (ASC) – Permanent
$22 per session (less CCB/CCR)
After School Care (ASC) – Casual
$25 per session (less CCB/CCR)

Vacation Care

Cost per day ranges between $55-$65 per day per child (minus CCB & CCR).  The days charge is based on factors such as the activities provided, the provision of food and other costs in the running and operation of the day.

Pupil Free Days

$48 per day (less CCB/CCR)

Family Enrolment Fee (Once off)

$50 per family for all children that utilise the service. This fee covers the costs needed to maintain data as information changes, photocopying, postage, data entry, parent information/handouts, medical and first aid needs and correspondence for staff.

Failure to Sign In and Out, Late Collection, Late Vacation Care Payments

Failure to sign in and out - $5 per family (During Vacation Care or Pupil Free Days, if you fail to sign your child in and out on the same day, this will incur both a $5 not signing in and a $5 not signing out fee).
Non-Notification Cancellation Fee  - $5 per child (plus the full fee for the session booked).
Late Collection Fees - $10 for the first 10 minutes after closing, and $2 per minute thereafter.
Late Vacation Care Account Payments - $5 per day after the final settlement date, until the account is settled IN FULL (this includes late fees too).

Please Note: If your child cannot attend a booked session, it is essential that you notify staff immediately. If sufficient notice is NOT provided, you will still be charged the normal session rate for that booking. For BSC and ASC we must be notified 24 hours prior to the booking to avoid the standard fee. Please also note the “Non-Notification of a Cancellation Fee” above, as this applies in addition to the full session fee. If your child is ill and cannot attend a booked session, you can avoid being charged the session fee by providing a sick certificate AND notifying staff that your child cannot attend.
